  I used to use Marks Tax consulting for years when they were in Waldorf and much smaller. Once they moved to PA they quality of service went bad. I had to file for an extension and nobody would get back to me no matter how many messages I left or emails that I wrote to ask for assistance since I hadn't heard from the staff. I had to take my business elsewhere because of them not getting back to me even after I sent them all my paperwork. I was very upset and stressed. Mark himself is a good guy, his staff just did not care and that to me is the reason why I no longer use their services.
